About Us

Media Creation Service Centre, with the concept of "Gathering Youth, Showcasing Creativity," advocates a professional attitude and innovative thinking. Through multimedia creation and experiences, it allows young people to explore themselves, showcase their talents, connect with the community, and create the future. It also combines online and offline multimedia activities to establish positive values among young people and spread positive messages.

Using the concept of "bizarre" as a starting point, the project "Environment and Conservation Fund - Observational Study of Bizarre Life Ecologies Education Project" encourages students to explore — from unique perspectives — Hong Kong's characteristic animals, plants, insects, and more that are often overlooked, misunderstood, or even feared, yet possess remarkable and distinctive features. Through this approach, students learn to appreciate and respect the rich diversity of our local ecology.

Youth Affairs Department connects Children and Youth and expand their social structure, with a solid grasp of their current needs and a forward-thinking and professional approach. Facilitate and establish, within the social structure, mutual understanding and good rapport, and build enthusiasm for contributing, inspiring, and providing for the FUTURE.

Youth Affairs Department is  dedicated to nurture positive attitudes, core values, and key competencies of Children and Youth with social innovations and target group-oriented services, in preparation for future challenges. Our mission consists of developing the following among Children and Youth:
